Most firms complete onboarding within 4 weeks. This includes initial setup, data integration, branding customization, and client portal configuration. Your dedicated Success Manager will guide you through each phase.

Can I customize the client portal with my firm's branding?

Yes! Milemarker offers full white-label customization. You can add your logo, set custom colors, configure a custom domain, and personalize the entire client experience to match your firm's brand.

What training is provided?

We provide comprehensive training including live onboarding sessions with your Success Manager, video tutorials on-demand, webinar recordings, and detailed documentation. Most teams feel confident using the platform within 1-2 weeks.

Data & Integrations
Which custodians do you integrate with?

Milemarker integrates with major custodians including Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and Raymond James. We're constantly expanding our integration library. Contact us if you need a specific custodian.

How often is data refreshed from custodians?

Data is typically refreshed daily from custodians, with most updates occurring overnight. The exact refresh schedule depends on your custodian's data availability. Position and balance data is usually available by market open.

Can Milemarker integrate with my CRM?

Yes, Milemarker offers CRM integrations with popular platforms used in wealth management. This allows for synced contact data, household information, and activity tracking. Contact your Success Manager to set up your specific CRM integration.

Client Experience
Is there a mobile app for clients?

Yes! Milemarker offers a fully branded mobile app for both iOS and Android. Clients can view their portfolios, transactions, documents, and communicate with their advisor from their phone.

How do clients access the portal?

Clients receive a secure invitation email with a link to set up their account. They create a password and can optionally enable two-factor authentication for added security. You can customize the invitation email with your branding.

Can household members have different access levels?

Yes, Milemarker supports multi-member households with role-based access. You can configure different access levels including Full Access, View Only, and Limited Access for each household member based on their role.

How do I get support if I have issues?

Support is available via email at connect@milemarker.co. Your Success Manager is also available for strategic questions. Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM ET, with 24/7 emergency support for critical issues.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Milemarker employs bank-level security including encryption at rest and in transit, SOC 2 compliance, regular security audits, and role-based access controls. Your client data is protected with enterprise-grade security measures.
