Integration Overview
HubSpot integration allows Milemarker to synchronize your marketing, sales, and customer service data. This connection enables unified analytics across your client relationships and marketing activities.
What You'll Need
Admin access to your HubSpot account with the ability to manage users and permissions.
Create Milemarker User Account
Use the unique email address that Milemarker has supplied to create a login for Milemarker:
client_role@milemarker.co
Grant Super Admin Access
Supply Milemarker with "Super Admin" access to the Regular/Standard user account credentials that contains the data you want to transfer:
- a. In HubSpot, go to Settings then Users & Teams
- b. Search for the Regular User Account name
- c. Click Edit Permissions next to the user
- d. Scroll down and toggle "Super Admin" on
- e. Click Save changes
Create HubSpot Developers Account
Create an App Developers account with HubSpot Developers using the unique email address:
- a. Go to developers.hubspot.com
- b. Click "Sign up"
- c. Enter the email: client_role@milemarker.co
- d. Create a password and fill out the required fields
- e. Click Save
Milemarker will verify the account using the confirmation email sent to the client_role@milemarker.co mailbox.
Important Reminder
Please use the email client_role@milemarker.co when setting up Milemarker's user credentials.
