Confidentiality Agreement

1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

All content within this documentation platform constitutes confidential and proprietary information of Milemarker Inc. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical specifications and system architectures
• Business processes and workflows
• Product features and capabilities documentation
• Integration guides and API documentation
• Training materials and best practices
• Any other documentation materials provided through this platform

2. PROHIBITED DISTRIBUTION

You shall NOT distribute, copy, share, screenshot, record, or otherwise disseminate any content to any third party without express written consent from Milemarker Inc. This prohibition extends to:

• Sharing login credentials with others
• Forwarding or copying documentation content via any medium
• Taking screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of content
• Discussing proprietary information with unauthorized parties
• Posting or publishing any content on public forums or websites
• Using content to train AI models or for data mining purposes

3. AUTHORIZED USE ONLY

Access is granted solely for your personal business use in connection with your relationship with Milemarker. Specifically:

• You may not use this documentation for competitive purposes
• You may not use this documentation to benefit any entity other than as expressly permitted
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any technical documentation
• You may not use the documentation to develop competing products or services

4. BREACH CONSEQUENCES

Any violation of these terms constitutes a material breach of your confidentiality agreement with Milemarker and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to this documentation and all Milemarker services
• Legal action for breach of contract and confidentiality
• Pursuit of all available remedies including injunctive relief and monetary damages
• Reporting to relevant regulatory bodies if applicable to your industry
• Notification to your employer if access was provided through an organizational account

5. MONITORING AND AUDIT

Your access and usage may be monitored and logged for security and compliance purposes. This includes:

• Login times and IP addresses
• Pages accessed and time spent on each page
• Download and print activities
• Session duration and frequency of access

Milemarker reserves the right to audit usage patterns and investigate any suspicious activity that may indicate unauthorized access or distribution.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the documentation remain with Milemarker Inc. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights or licenses except the limited right to view the documentation for authorized purposes.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION

Your access rights continue until terminated by either party. Milemarker may terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease all access to the documentation
• You must destroy any copies of documentation in your possession
• Your confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By checking "I accept" and proceeding to access this documentation, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood all terms of this agreement
• You agree to be legally bound by these terms
• You have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent
• You understand the consequences of breaching these terms
